It was the third anniversary of FRi~NALLY, the official weekend kickstarter founded by the marketer phenomena turned FRi~NALLY promoter Jared Samuel and multi-faceted business partner and former finance manager Daniel Wong.
Since 2019, a large number of celebrities, influencers, music veterans, and melophiles have flocked to the RWC Courtyard at 36 Hope Road each Friday for the renowned event series that the duo created thanks to their love of spirits and the ability to craft one-of-a-kind events. The event series is proudly sponsored by Worthy Park Estate.
Samuel says the team wanted to bring a new energy to Friday nights and they have done just that by creating a backyard oasis fitted with a top-of-the-line stage and string lighting that has become their signature look. As we looked around we noticed that FRi~NALLY has become a staple on the Friday night event calendar for patrons looking for a top-end party experience, with the down-to-earth energy dancehall music is known for.
Music industry players Ras-I, Esco Da Shocker and Kevyn Voicemail were spotted on the scene. Not to mention pro footballer Leon Bailey who made his appearance around 12:30 am a few hours before the well-seasoned dancehall artiste Munga Honorable, graced the stage.
Munga is deserving of all accolades as he dazzled the audience with a collection of songs spanning a decade. The crowd adored the favourites “Wine Pon it” and “Bad From Mi Born,” but guests also liked D’Yani, who was a welcomed surprise.
When asked about choosing Munga to perform, Samuel commended the veteran saying, “Munga’s status in the industry brings about a special following. We wanted to give a different vibe for our third anniversary.”
The Fri-nal event of the year is slated for December 2nd.
Proud sponsor, Worthy Park Estate’s Marketing Manager, Tamika West was on hand to speak about the partnership, “Worthy Park Select has been sponsoring FRi~NALLY since summer 2021. We’re excited to see how the series continues to grow with us as we grow our awareness in the market.”
