Two prominent members of the business community say they are confident Dr. Nigel Clarke is leaving office as finance minister, at a time when the fiscal framework is strong enough to allow his successor to continue moving the economy in the right direction.
Dr. Clarke is set to assume the post of deputy managing director at the International Monetary Fund, IMF come October 31.
