Camperdown’s Rihanna Lewis Throws New Personal Best

Camperdown’s Rihanna Lewis threw a personal best 29.09 metres to win the under-17 girls javelin at the Throws Fest Series One at Jamaica College’s Ashenheim Stadium, on Friday.

Vere’s Ninka Comrie was second with 27.87 metres, with her teammate Swaicey-Ann Black was third with 26.98 metres.

The boys title went to Kendal Turner of the Bahamas with a personal best 48.71 metres, with Nicquel Abraham of Grenada second with 32.29 metres.
