Jamaica College’s Samuel Creary delivered an upset to capture gold in the final of the Class Two boys’ 1,500 metres final at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.
Creary crossed the tape in 4:04.01 minutes, with pre-race favourite Kingston College’s Nahashon Ruto settling for second in 4:04.03. Alphansus Davis’ Raheem Palmer took bronze in 4:08.57.
