Chang Criticises PNP for ‘Undoing’ Positive Decisions by the JLP

Jamaica Labour Party, JLP, general secretary, Dr Horace Chang, criticised the People’s National Partyu for what he says is its record of undoing the positive decisions things done by a JLP administration.

Dr. Chang told JLP workers that they hold the key to the party’s bid to retain control of Central Manchester.
