CIBC Caribbean has launched its new digital hub, Ways To Bank, that allows its clients to now access all of the bank’s digital products and services in one convenient spot.
CIBC Caribbean says the move has been made as it recognises that 94 percent of all banking transactions are being conducted online.
The bank says the digital hub provides clients with convenient and flexible access to information on various digital banking services through a centralised platform.
These include paying bills and other instant payments.
The Ways to Bank hub is accessible to clients on both mobile and desktop devices.
Executive Director of Personal and Business Banking at CIBC, Deepa Boucaud says this recent innovation from CIBC Caribbean reaffirms the bank’s promise of delivering a simplified way of doing business and demonstrates how digital banking can be integrated into the daily lives of its clients.
