Coaches, teachers and decision makers in sport will come together again when the Coaches’ Club takes place during the World Athletics Under-20 Championships Lima 24.

Organised by World Athletics in cooperation with the Global Athletics Coaching Academy, GACA, the Coaches’ Club enables the coaching community to learn in real time from the championship experience.
It provides an opportunity for coaches to gain insight from experts in the field as well as network, exchange ideas, experience and connect.
As part of the programme in Lima, an online panel will be held each day from August 27 to September 1, while an on-site symposium will take place on August 31.
Titled ‘Building the Bridge to Excellence’, the symposium will involve presentations from a number of experts in the field.
Among the featured topics are ‘the elite athlete career pathway’, ‘bridging the gap between Under-20s and the Olympics’, and ‘the coach and the task’.
