The Patriots will be seeking their third win in four starts, while the Warriors will be hoping for their second victory from as many games.
Meanwhile, the St. Lucia Kings beat Antigua and Barbuda Falcons by seven wickets at the Sir Vivian Richards stadium, Tuesday night.
Batting first, the Falcons made 142 for 7 off their 20 overs, with Justin Greaves not scoring with 36.
Noor Ahmad took three wickets for the Kings.
Chasing 143 to win, the Kings reached the target with three overs to spare.
