Chartered accountant and financial analyst, Dennis Chung, says businesses of all sizes in the economy continue to be frustrated by what he calls a culture of hindrance in the public sector.
He was reacting to the prime minister’s new policy road map, ASPIRE, an aspect of which will focus on eliminating the stifling effect of government bureaucracy.
Chung singled out Tax Administration Jamaica as one state entity that has successfully purged itself of the so-called culture of hindrance.
