Diamond Clarke Bags Hattrick for Racing in Win Over Faulkland

Diamond Clarke scored a hat-trick in Racing FC’s 5-0 win over Faulkland FC in the Jamaica Football Championship, yesterday.

In other results, Tru Juice and Meadforest drew 0-0. Chapelton Maroons beat Falmouth FC 4-1 and Brown’s Town and Reno drew 2-2.

Meanwhile, Hopewell United were fined 80-thousand dollars for withdrawing from the 2023-24 season of the Championship.

The fine must be paid by April 22.

With their withdrawal without completing 75 per cent of fixtured games, all points obtained by or recorded by the club will be expunged.

Also, the club will be referred to the JFF Disciplinary and Ethics Committee for further penalties.
