Legendary coach, Glenn Mills, says Jamaica’s field event athletes have earned the respect of the country following their performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Jamaica ended the Paris Games with six medals – four of which came from field event athletes, including Rojé Stona’s gold in the men’s discus.

Mills says no longer can they be considered second class on Jamaica’s athletics landscape.

Mills says his colleague at MVP, Stephen Francis, should be beaming with pride.
