Frome Targets Second Round Spot in Ruseas Clash

A super clash is in the offering in schoolboy football on Wednesday afternoon.

Former champions Frome Tech will battle another ex-champion Ruseas’ at the Colin Miller Sports Complex in Lucea Hanover, with a spot in the second round of the ISSA/WATA daCosta Cup on the table.

The zone B showdown is set to kick off at 3.30.

A win for Frome will seal a second round spot. A draw for Frome could also do clinch their spot as they are three points clear of the Russians, who need a victory, with 16 points.

Three teams are still in contention for two second-round places from the zone, with Anchovy still in with a chance of making it on 12 points.
