Golding Calls for Referendum on Portmore Becoming a Parish

Opposition Leader Mark Golding has called for a referendum on the government’s push to turn Portmore into Jamaica’s 15th parish.

He made the call on Tuesday as government and opposition members of parliament, MPs, clashed in the House over the bill proposing the transformation.
