Opposition Leader, Mark Golding, has described the Prime Minister’s commitment to settle the country’s final appellate court in phase two of the constitutional reform process as a con.
Golding was addressing PNP supporters in North West St Catherine on Sunday.
The Opposition Leader has insisted the removal of the British monarch as Jamaica’s Head of State, should be twinned with accepting the appellate jurisdiction of the Caribbean Court of Justice.
He says if there’s not a proper resolution of the issue, the show will not go on.
