Opposition Spokesman on Finance, Julian Robinson, says the government has failed to properly conduct the 2022 census.
He raised the concern during his Budget Debate presentation on Thursday.
A census exercise is conducted once every 10 years, allowing the country to take a snapshot of its population and other key metrics.
The opposition spokesman says most of the issues of the current census stem from the poor treatment of the workers, which remain insufficiently addressed.
Mr. Robinson called on finance minister, Dr. Nigel Clarke, to bring the census back on track due to its critical importance.
