Jahvillani is making a bold statement about betrayal with his latest release, Traitor.
The fiery track is produced by Rivasyde Records and YGF Records, and made its way to retailers on April 10.
The song is about friends that turn into enemies, a topic that most of us are all too familiar with.
"This song is really my story. I've been through a lot with people who I once trusted, who have turned out to be enemies in the long run. Those people, I don't want them near me," said Jahvillani. The accompanying music video was released alongside the track and has racked up nearly 200,000 views in the few days that it has been up. Both production houses are quite pleased with the overall feedback from the release and have future plans of working together.
"Jahvillani and I have been working for a while now and the chemistry is always good. This song is already climbing the charts. I expect things to get even better from here," said Tevin Richards of YGF Records.
Jahvillani who is known for hits such Sunday to Sunday, Million Dollar and Axio has plans on releasing more bangers for his ever-growing fan base.
"I am always in the studio cooking up something nice for my fans, so look out for more things to come from me," he said. YGF Records also has its hands full with upcoming shows and new releases.
"We just did our first show in England with Pablo YG and we have lots of promotion in store for his upcoming album," said Richards.
