Jamaica has fallen six places on the FIFA Coca Cola World Football ranking released on Wednesday.
The Reggae Boyz lost all three games at the Copa America in the United States, scoring just one goal.
Jamaica is now 59th in the world and sixth in Concacaf but remain number one in the Caribbean.
Canada and Panama who contested the Copa semi-finals, made big jumps in the latest rankings.
Both climbed eight places up the ranking to be number 40 and 35 respectively.
The United States slipped five places to number 16 in the world while Mexico dropped two places to number 17 in the world.
Costa Rica are up three places to 49.
Argentina tightened their grip at the top of the world rankings having retained the Copa America title.
Newly minted European champions Spain are in third after moving five places up while France remain second.
