Jamaica will be sending an 18-member team to participate in the Pan American Hockey Federation men’s CAC qualifiers in Mexico, from May 3-11.
The squad include, captain Ajani Burton, vice captain Rasheed Johnston, Mark Coke, Rashad McCarthy, Tuseef Graham, Daniel Powell, Dwight O’Hara, Kevaun Reid, Phillip Dawson, Rarjay Singh, Brandon Clarke, Christopher Reid, Gian-Paul Haughton, Farijah Masters, Nickoy Stephenson, Ranaldo Golding Shawn Aransevia, Tyrone Vernon.
Reid is the only internationally based player.
Head coach Duvaughn Henlon says the squad is a blend of youth and experience players from six clubs from across Jamaica.
Jamaica’s first match will be against Guatemala on May 3, before facing Venezuela, Panama, Bermuda and hosts Mexico.
