Jamaica Under-19 women went down by 7-runs via the duckworth Lewis Method against the Leeward Islands in the West Indies Rising Stars Women’s championships at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy, today.
Batting first, the Leewards made 124 for 6 off their 20 overs.
Captain Jahzara Claxton made 29.
In reply, the Jamaicans reached 55 for 3 off 11 overs when play was called off.
Abigail Bryce made 15 and Chrishana McKenzie 13 not out.
