Member of the Jamaica Labour Party’s, JLP, Communication Task Force, Marlon Morgan is calling for Mandeville Mayor, Donovan Mitchell to resign over a comment he made that seemed to support unexplained wealth.
Morgan made the call while speaking on Cliff Hughes Online with Tyrone Reid on Friday.

Mayor Mitchell made the comment while responding to a councillor during Thursday’s meeting of the Manchester Municipal Corporation.
The comment has drawn condemnation from the JLP’s Marlon Morgan.
He says the comment should result in the Mayor being removed for his role.
Nationwide News had reached out to Mayor Mitchell for an explanation about his comment. He said he was heading into an urgent meeting and would be happy to speak on the matter at another time.
