Johnson Charles Hits Unbeaten Century in WI ‘A’ Win Over Nepal

Opener Johnson Charles hit an unbeaten century to guide the West Indies “A” to a 76-runs win over hosts Nepal in the third T20 International at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, today.

Batting first, the Caribbean men made 227 for 3 off their 20 overs. Charles slammed 119 off 61 balls, with 13-fours and seven-sixes.

The St. Lucian got support from Andre Fletcher, 53, Fabian Allen, 19, Alick Athanaze, 17, and Keemo Paul, 13.

In reply, Nepal were bowled out for 151 with four ball remaining. Lokesh Bam made 28, Karan KC, 28, Kushal Malla, 20, and Binod Bhandari, 19.

Hayden Walsh and Gudakesh Motie both picked up two wickets.

Game four in the series will be Thursday.
