The new season of the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League is set to kick off on Sunday September 15 with six games.
2023/24 champions Cavalier were scheduled to open their defense away to Humble Lion but the game will be played at a later date as Cavalier will be involved in Caribbean Club action.
Beaten finalist Mount Pleasant Academy who are also involved in the the CFU, will be in action in the opening round, they’ll be away to Portmore United.
Promoted team Racing United will be away to Waterhouse on the opening day while Chapelton Maroons who are back after only a season in the league travels to Harbour View on their return.
The other opening day fixtures will see Arnett Gardens hosting Dunbeholden, Molynes United visit Tivoli Gardens and Vere United host Mobay United.
