Aston Villa winger, Leon Bailey, has spoken about his desire to return to the Jamaica’s senior men’s football team.
Earlier this year, Bailey said he won’t be playing for the senior men’s national team for the foreseeable future.
Bailey’s comments came after he was suspended by then coach Heimir Hallgrímsson, for breaking team curfew following a Nations League game against Canada in Jamaica in November last year.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Bailey says he’s impressed with the level of professionalism coach Steve McLaren brings to the national programme.
Bailey says despite his long-standing frustrations with the national team he remains a loyal Jamaican.
