Dancehall artiste Lisa Hyper, given name Felicia Gooden is scheduled to appear in the Corporate Area Parish Court on February 25 to answer to a charge of assault. But, the artiste is currently undergoing treatment at The University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) and might not be able to appear in court in person.

Her sister, Tasha Gooden, explained that there are provisions in the law in case of that eventuality.

"An officer informed us that Lisa's father can appear on her behalf with a copy of the medical report from UHWI. If the court requires any additional information, they can request it from the hospital," Gooden said.
