McGregor: Rowe has Rejected Invitation to Help Election Campaign

Newly installed People’s National Party, PNP, caretaker for Central Kingston, Steve McGregor, says the man he replaced, Lawrence Rowe, has not accepted his invitation to join him in the campaign to help the party win the seat at the next general election.
