Mitchell: Local Gov’t Election Results Proof PNP Ready to Lead Central Manchester

People’s National Party, PNP, caretaker for Central Manchester, Donovan Mitchell, says last February’s local government elections are proof that he is in prime position to beat the Jamaica Labour Party’s Rhoda Moy Crawford in the next general election.

Donovan Mitchell also serves as the mayor of Mandeville.

He says a recent report by the auditor general has proven that he is an effective leader in the parish.
