Mount Pleasant Academy registered a clinical 3-0 win over defending champions Cavalier in the Wray and Nephew/Jamaica Premier League mid-week clash at Drax Hall Thursday afternoon.

Jashaun Anglin, Daniel Greene and Franco Celestine were on target for Theodore Whitemore’s team who are now on 46 points.

Montego Bay United ensured the gap to the leaders remained at six points with a 3-1 win over Humble Lion at the Montego Bay Sports complex.

In another completed game on Thursday Racing stopped Tivoli Gardens 2-0 on the back of goals from Tajay Grant and Nickyle Ellis.

Arnett Gardens and Molynes United played out a 0-0 draw the Tony Spaulding Complex.
