Mount Pleasant Held Goalless by Police in Trinidad

Mount Pleasant Academy played out a goalless draw with Police of Trinidad and Tobago at the Hasely Crawford Stadium Thursday night in the Concacaf Caribbean Club Championships.

The point keeps Mount Pleasant in fourth place in group A with four points while Police have concluded group play with five points.

The St. Ann’s based Mount Pleasant must now beat second place Real Hope of Haiti next Thursday at Sabina Park in their final group game if they are to qualify for the semifinals.

Thursday’s result also means that Cavalier who lead the group on six points, have secured a semifinal spot.
