Former many time champions Munro secured their spot from Zone two after beating defending champions Clarendon College 2-1 in Malvern to move to six points as they remain at the top of the table.
In the same group Frome beat Cornwall College 1-0 at Jarrett Park and are now just a point from joining Munro in the quarter-finals.
In zone four McGrath beat Manchester High School 1-0 to secure their place and as a result took Central High School with them to the last eight after Central beat Denbigh 1-0.
Title favourites, Glenmuir, moved to the verge of a place in the quarterfinals after a clinical 3-0 win over Ocho Rios in May Pen.
