Opposition Spokesman on Investment and Trade, Anthony Hylton, has described the government’s policy to boost the economy, as an admission of failure.

Mr Hylton was reacting to the presentation of portfolio Minister, Senator Aubyn Hill, in his recent State of the Nation address in parliament.

But Mr Hylton says the government ought to be blamed for this inaction.
