PNP Caretaker Danishka Williams: No Third Term for Mayne

Newly installed People’s National Party, PNP, caretaker for South West St. Ann, Danishka Williams, says the Jamaica Labour Party’s Zavia Mayne can forget about a third term as the member of parliament, MP, for the constituency.

She made the claim at her candidate presentation conference in Cave Valley on Sunday.

Williams is the daughter of prominent PNP activist, Danhai William.

There was much fanfare at her presentation event which saw performances from dancehall stars such as Popcaan and Chronic Law.

Williams told the audience that Zavia Mayne has promised much but delivered little.

Meanwhile, Ms Williams says MP Mayne cannot be trusted to properly oversee the development of South West St. Ann.

According to her, not even his own party has faith in him.

To back up her claim Williams pointed to his movement across different ministries since he became MP in 2016.
