Opposition Leader, Mark Golding, says the PNP may mount a legal challenge against rulings by House Speaker, Juliet Holness, on the tabling of reports from the Auditor General and Integrity Commission.
Mrs. Holness last month backed away from her position that reports from the Auditor General concerning public bodies must first be sent to the portfolio minister before being tabled.
However, Mr. Golding says this does not preclude the House Speaker from enforcing her initial position in the future.
To date, Mrs. Holness has also refused to make public an opinion sought from the Attorney General on the matter.
The Opposition Leader, says the failure to share this opinion cannot be allowed to stand.
