Rain Delays Play in Rising Stars Clash Between Jamaica and Leewards

Rain has so far prevented play on day two of the third round West Indies Rising Stars Under 19 encounter between defending champions Jamaica and leaders the Leeward Islands at Sion Hill in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Jamaicans were scheduled to resume on 15 for 3 replying to the Leewards 80 all out from the opening day.

Adrian Weir, Matthew Morgan and Jordan Johnson are the Jamaicans dismissed.

There was some action at Arnos Vale where Barbados are playing Guyana.

The Guyanese were bowled out this morning for 97 replying to the Bajans 201 for 9 declared and following on 104 behind, Guyana were 7 without loss.

There’s still no play at Conaree where the Windwards are down to play Trinidad and Tobago.
