Russell Wins Bronze in Regional Junior Cycling Championships

Jamaica’s Melaike Russell picked up a bronze in the 17-18 women Road Race at the Caribbean Junior Cycling Championships in St. Martin, on Sunday.

Russell was part of a three member team that represented the country at the four day Championships which ended yesterday.

The other members are, Jordanio James and Khalil Francis.

Russell finished in 2:06.23 seconds.

The race was won by Guadeloupe’s Emma Glorianne, with Dahila Reine from Martinique finishing second.
