The chief executive of Ryanair, Michael O’Leary, says airline passengers should be restricted to two drinks at airports.
The BBC is reporting that O’Leary believes introducing alcohol limits at airports would help tackle a rise in disorder on flights.
He said violent outbursts are occurring weekly due to alcohol, especially when it is mixed with other substances.
He says its ironic that while people are not allowed to drink and drive, they are permitted to drink and travel at 33,000 feet in the air.
