Shaqstar drops ‘Thoughts and Ashes’

Dancehall recording artiste Shaqstar recently released his new track titled Thoughts and Ashes.

Produced by Rich Energy Music and Deano Deann Records, the track is featured on the 'Pain To Paper' rhythm; it was released on March 29.

"This song is reflective; it's deep thinking about life, about everything while taking a draw of the good old herb," the artiste explained about the song's meaning. Although this is his first time working for the label, he said he is already looking forward to more projects like this.

So far, the track has been getting plenty of positive comments and feedback from fans and industry insiders.

"Everyone who has heard the track so far has been giving me love and that's an awesome feeling. My hope for this song is for it to reach far. It is positive and I think it's something that many people can enjoy," the artiste expressed.

In the music game for about six years, the St Thomas-based artiste brings a unique, unorthodox style to the airwaves. Choosing topics that resonate the most with music lovers, it's no surprise that he has so far paved a successful path, aiming to go even higher as time progresses.

His past releases include Money Tree, and Hennessy Inna Vein. Shaqstar is also gearing up to release an EP.
