South Africa Advances to First Ever Global Cricket Final

South Africa created history in Trinidad Wednesday night by reaching their first ever ICC global cricket final.

The Proteas was clinical in dispatching Afghanistan by nine wickets in the first semifinal of the ICC T20 World Cup.

Afghanistan were dismissed for 56 in just 11 overs with only one player getting into double figures.

There were three wickets for Marco Jansen (yansen) and Tabraiz Shamsi while Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje.

Despite losing Quinto De Kock early for 5, South Africa breezed of the score reaching 60 for 1 in 8.5 overs.

South Africa’s opponents in Saturday’s final will be known today when champions England battle India in Guyana at 9.30 am Jamaica time.
