Coach and Sports Analyst, Michael Carr, says Danielle Thomas-Dodd’s comments that the JOA and the JAAA do not care about field events athletes, are tantamount to that of a spoilt child.
His position was supported by Veteran Track and Field Coach, Raymond KC Graham and Olympian, Juliet Cuthbert Flynn.
Shaloy Smikle has that side of the story.
According to Coach Carr, Thomas Dodd’s comments were short-sighted.
He explains that there are many instances where coaches are able to do their jobs remotely.
Carr’s comments were also echoed by Coach Graham.
The veteran coach says based on reports he’s received, Dodd has been receiving support from the JOA and JAAA.
And fellow Sports Analyst and Olympian, Juliet Cuthbert Flynn, says Thomas Dodd’s comment was misplaced anger.
