Reggae artiste Jemere Morgan is excited about his latest single, Sweet Love, which was released two weeks ago. Produced by Llamar ‘Riff Raff’ Brown, it delves into the profound emotions one experiences in a special relationship.
With kudos rolling in for the track, Jemere did not hesitate to give credit to his producer.
“It’s always a pleasure working with Riff Raff on any music projects. In fact, he was the first producer to record me on a reggae juggling riddim back in 2012 on a song call Sunshine Glow, which was featured on the ‘Daylight’ riddim. Since then we’ve been working together, and now we present to you all Sweet Love,” the son of Gramps Morgan outlined.
Brimming with enthusiasm, not just for this project, but also for those in the pipeline, Jemere shared that he is “looking forward to releasing a lot of new music and visuals this year, including a full-length album this year”.
“I’m excited for people to hear the music that me and Damian Marley [have] been working on in studio, and looking forward to touring behind this album in 2025. Also this summer, I’ll be performing my royalty duties singing lead vocals with my family, Morgan Heritage, in Europe for several festivals, including Reggae Land UK, Sunsplash in Netherlands, and also High peak festival in Switzerland,” he shared.
Sweet Love is available on all major streaming platforms. The single is released under the Ghetto Youth International label, owned by siblings Damian, Stephen and Julian Marley.
