Trinbago Knight Riders Wins First Point of Women’s CPL

The Trinbago Knight Riders were happy to secure their first point of the Massy Women’s Caribbean Premier League after beating the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the Super Overs at the Brian Lara Stadium, on Sunday.

Both sides scored 128 runs off their twenty overs tying the match and setting up an exciting Super over finish.

Captain of the Knight Riders Deandra Dottin then hit 13 and Jemimah Rodrigues 6 in the Super Over.

In reply, the Amazon Warriors were restricted to 5 for 2 in their over.
