Tufton Tells JLP Supporters to Get Ready For Election Campaign

Member of Parliament for West Central St. Catherine, the JLP’s Dr. Christopher Tufton, is urging party supporters to be in a state of readiness as the campaign for the next general elections intensifies.

Dr. Tufton was speaking at the Jamaica Labour Party’s Area Council Two meeting at Annotto Bay High School in St. Mary on Sunday.

The next general election is constitutionally due by September this year.

Meanwhile, MP for South East St. Mary, Dr. Norman Dunn, expressed confidence that the JLP will retain his constituency in the next election.
