The Queens School will take on St. Andrew High in the opening match of a double header in the ISSA/JHF Under-19 High School Hockey League, at the Mona field, today.
In the second match, Munro College and Jamaica College will face off in a top of the table clash.
On the girls side, St. Andrew High enters the arena with confidence surging, courtesy of their triumphant opening match against the defending champion, Denbigh High.
Despite their commendable start, they currently occupy the fourth position in the standings and are eager to ascend higher up the ladder.
In contrast, The Queens School finds themselves positioned sixth in the table, fervently pursuing their inaugural victory of the season.
Having already contended in two matches, their journey saw them falter 4-0 against Immaculate Conception and secure a 1-1 draw
against Wolmers Girls.
Meanwhile, the impending clash between Jamaica College and Munro College presents a riveting spectacle, as both teams stand level on 6 points.
