Chasing 142 to win, the Caribbean side reached the target with 12-balls to spare.
Captain Hayley Matthews made 50, Qiana Joseph, 52, and Deandra Dottin, 27.
Earlier, England made 141 for 7 off their 20 overs.
Nat Sciver-Brunt was unbeaten on 57, while captain Heather Knight made 21.
Afy Fletcher finished with 3 for 21 and Matthews took two wickets.
