1,000 Swimmers Booked for Mayberry Swim Championships

The Stadium Pool will come alive Friday evening with the start of the 26th staging of the Mayberry High Schools/Tertiary Institutions Swim Championships.

Over 1,000 swimmers are registered to participate.

Immaculate Conception High School are defending champions for the girls, while Campion College are the boys’ title holders.

Coach of Immaculate, Chanel Hill, says they are ready to defend their title.

Hill says she’s aware that as defending champions, they’ll be the target.
