Tyrich Brown scored 25-points but could not prevent St. Catherine High from going down 63-52 to Campion College in semi-final-1 of the ISSA/KFC under-19 National Schoolboys’ Basketball Championship at Jamaica College court, on Tuesday
John-Mark Tapper led the scoring for Campion College with 14 points and 17 rebounds.
He was supported by Ryheem Martell with 13 points and James Payne with 12.
In the under-16 semifinals, Diedrich Miller and Barrington Dennis scored 14-points each to guide St. Georges College to a 57-45 win over Camperdown.
Meanwhile, the under-16 semi-final between Ardenne and Manchester High has been rescheduled for GC Foster College on Thursday, after yesterday’s action was rained out.
The under-19 semi-final between Manchester and Herbert Morrison will be contested on the same day at the same venue.
