The Caribbean Development Bank, CDB, has revealed plans to leverage the upcoming climate change conference to advocate for significantly increased financing for its borrowing member countries.

The 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference, or COP 29, is set for November 11 to 22, in Baku, Azerbaijan.
