Lacovia’s Sabrina Dockery, who last night led the impressive Theianna-Lee Terrelonge for 60 metres before being forced to settle for silver in the 100 metres, was most impressive among Class 2 200-metre qualifiers this morning inside the National Stadium.
Dockery booked her spot in the semi-final after jogging to 24.12 seconds to win heat two.
Edwin Allen’s Terrelonge began her quest for the sprint double, clocking 24.74, the third-fastest time, en route to winning heat three.
Muschett High School's Shanoya Douglas, a gold medal contender in the half-lap sprint, won heat one in 24.68.
