Hydel High School's Sashana Johnson struck gold in the final of the girls’ Class 4 400 metres at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championship inside the National Stadium this evening on the back of a personal-best performance.
Johnson crossed the tape in 54.59 seconds, finishing ahead of Holmwood Technical’s Tracey-Ann Evans, 55.28.
Port Antonio’s Kevina Bourne managed to hold on for the bronze in 56.78.
