Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke says the expected development of the Kingston waterfront will act as an incentive for potential developers.
He was speaking Friday morning at a ceremony with the World Bank to finalise the Kingston Waterfront Improvement Loan Agreement.

The US $12 million loan programme is expected to create a multi-purpose water front with recreational areas and event spaces for art and entertainment.
It will also support small businesses through equipment upgrades with an emphasis on the youth.
