Financial Analyst: Fiscal Prudence Will Be Central in Budget Presentation

Financial analyst and chartered accountant, Dennis Chung, believes the need for continued fiscal discipline will be the central message in the budget presentation of finance minister, Fayval Williams, on Tuesday.

Chung says Minister Williams must also stress that the administration will avoid the kind of reckless spending usually associated with governing parties in a general election year.
